The automotive suppliers in Europe, represented by CLEPA, follow the discussion on the emission standards for CO2 from heavy duty vehicles with great interest. The secretariat and members of CLEPA would like to contribute expertise and support to policy makers to support the development of a regulatory framework which will achieve the EU’s objectives of reducing CO2 emissions, whilst at the same time preserving the European competitiveness and employment.
Against this background, we would like to invite attachés at the Permanent Representations of the EU member states in Brussels and government experts to a workshop on the proposal.
