Structure & Organisation

CLEPA’s main decision-making bodies are: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Steering Committee. The General Assembly consists of all active members, whatever their membership category, the President, the Vice-Presidents and the Treasurer. It exercises all powers necessary to carry out the purposes of the association.

The Board of Directors is vested with the power of management and administration granted by the General Assembly, while the Steering Committee is a restricted executive body, whose main tasks are to make any necessary decision whenever important or urgent issues arise, and to propose guidelines for political action.

All its decisions are reviewed by the Board of Directors. Both the Board of Directors and the Steering Committee take into account the balance of the various and wide interests represented by CLEPA membership.
