Evolution of the mass of new passenger cars

On the 23rd of January 2018, the European Commission published its Delegated Regulation amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 443/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the evolution of the mass of new passenger cars registered in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

This delegated act has not yet entered into force. It is subject to the right of the European Parliament and of the Council to express objections, in accordance with Article 290 (2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
