DRIVES Project: Good Practice Resource launched to boost industry training
Soon to be online is the new tool developed on the DRIVES Framework, the European platform of training courses for the automotive industry, created by the EU-funded DRIVES project, that acts as a connection channel between industry players from the whole EU market and educational institutions.
The Good Practice Resource tool will offer examples of innovative actions as they relate to apprenticeships and training, to contribute to the development of skills of the automotive workforce and industry newcomers. It will include examples of virtual and augmented reality, new ways of embedding knowledge and skills from one country into another, tips/recommendations on how organisations can keep boosting diversity in the sector and many more subjects.
The DRIVES project is organising a webinar to dive into the features of this new tool, marking its official launch. The online session on 29 April is aimed at training providers and employers, but other industry stakeholders are also welcome. Click here for more information.
Background:
The content of the Good Practice Resource platform is the result of the thorough work of recognition of job roles required in the European automotive industry, done by the DRIVES project.
