The CLEPA Safety Event on 6 May will showcase advanced active and passive safety technologies, ranging from Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) to pedestrian and vehicle detection as well as night vision and electric vehicle sound generation. By demonstrating the advanced safety technologies of the European automotive suppliers, CLEPA will bring together the interested public, automotive experts and EU policy-makers. The event will be a platform not only for presenting the contribution of the European automotive suppliers to the goals of the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety, but also for exchanging ideas and gaining technical insight into state-of-the-art safety technologies.
