CLEPA Covid-19 activities for members: Webinars

CLEPA is regularly organising webinars for its members as part of the Covid-19 information for its members, in collaboration with expert partners, including the major management consultancy firms, covering different aspects of the impact for the sector, from effect on the value chain to new opportunities.

Early June, Frost & Sullivan delivered a webinar on “Growth Opportunities Across Automotive and Automotive Industry Verticals”, that brought in insightful perspectives on the automotive sector, the aftermarket and urbanisation. It analysed the business changes and the economic scenarios, including annual vehicle production forecast, sales and park development.

CLEPA and PWC Strategy& have joined forces to work on an important survey to unearth the dynamics in the automotive value chain post Covid crisis, and what it will mean for the sector. Results will be shared with CLEPA members, as a guidance on the key structural changes affecting the sector on the 18th of June.

Relevant information from other topics, including aftermarket, are planned in cooperation with Roland Berger, providing an evaluation of the aftermarket, the ‘new normal’ and the digital business models.

The regular cooperation with McKinsey on the CLEPA Pulse Check, a recurrent exercise that gets interesting insights into the current situation and the outlook for the industry, will continue to provide updates about current performance levels, trends, and overall industry sentiment.
