Following a record-breaking conference in Brussels, which brought together over 600 participants in November 2019, the 2020 Polis Annual Conference will take place in Arnhem Nijmegen City Region, Netherlands, on 2-3 December 2020.
The Polis Annual Conference provides an opportunity for cities and regions to showcase their transport achievement to large audience of mobility experts, practitioners and decision makers.

Call for speakers
The call for speakers is now closed. We are in the process of reviewing abstracts and will be in touch with applicants in due course.
Preparations for the POLIS conference continue as planned. At the same time, we are constantly monitoring developments with regard to COVID-19 and possible related restrictions.
Should the POLIS Conference 2020 eventually have to take place in an alternative format, this will not impact the outcome of the call for speakers. Successful abstracts will still play a key role in shaping the conference programme.
Urban Mobility Green Deal Makers Summit
In the Urban Mobility Green Deal-Makers Summit, city and regional stakeholders will engage with EU representatives around how local and regional transport can contribute to the EU Green Deal.
