Structure & Organisation
CLEPA’s main decision-making bodies are: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Steering Committee.
CLEPA is constituted of five main governance structures:
- The General Assembly consists of all active members, whatever their membership category, the President, the Vice-Presidents and the Treasurer. It exercises all powers necessary to carry out the purposes of the association.
- The Board of Directors is vested with the power of management and administration granted by the General Assembly
- The Steering Committee is a restricted executive body, whose main tasks are to make any necessary decision whenever important or urgent issues arise, and to propose guidelines for political action.
- Working groups develop strategic positions for our industry and policy.
- Our Brussels team handles day-to-day CLEPA activities, initiatives and research
