CLEPA Innovation Awards 2017
CLEPA and Deloitte are pleased to invite you to submit proposals for the CLEPA Innovation Awards 2017 which will be handed over on 29th of June 2017 in Rome.
The CLEPA Innovation Award recognizes the innovation capabilities of European automotive suppliers for novel technologies, products or business models and cooperation.

Who is eligible for the Innovation Awards?
Automotive suppliers, irrespective of size, for innovations in the fields of Connectivity and Automation, Cooperation, Environment and Safety.
How does the application process work, what are costs and efforts associated?
We have designed an applicant-friendly form for you to take part to the competition. It is the only document you need to work on. You simply have to fill it in and to send it back to us, by email. It shouldn’t take more than a few hours to prepare. In case you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
It costs 200€ + VAT per application.
How are the Innovation Awards attributed?
The evaluation criteria are ambition, market relevance, impact and quality of the innovation (25% for each of these criteria). The selection criteria on the main aspects to be covered under each criteria are included in attached documentation.
Who is assessing the applications?
The jury is composed of an independent and distinguished pan-European panel of experts from the automotive industry, research organizations, European associations and universities. The jury members’ profiles exhibit a wide range of high-level experience in the automotive sector from research and development, business development, engineering, design and manufacturing.

The closing date for submission of Innovation Award proposals is 31st of March 2017. We would ask you to submit your proposal(s) by returning by email the attached application form, duly filled out, to Mr Pierre Thibaudat (p.thibaudat@clepa.be). The submissions themselves must address each of the required elements. Failure to specifically address these items may result in a disqualification of the submission.
